"Ritsabittle" was a term coined by the grandmother of Earl VanWagner who was the founder of VanWagner Dairy (which was itself a predecessor to Master Blend Cattle Company). The definition of the word? An adventure for adventure's sake and a journey taken for the sheer satisfaction to be found alongside new experience. This "Ritsabittle" contains between 25 and 30 pounds of our free-range & free-choice, locally grown beef. A detailed breakdown of the cuts included can be found below:



2x   1.25" Ribeyes -- (1 package of 2 steaks) -- ~2 - 4 pounds

2x   1.25" NY Strips -- (1 package of 2 steaks) -- ~2 - 4 pounds

2x   2" Tenderloin Filets (1 package of 2 steaks) -- ~1 pound

2x   Additional Grill-Steaks (Chuck, Cubed round, Shoulder, Sirloin, OR Sirloin tip)



2x   Oven AND/OR Pot Roasts -- ~3 - 4 pounds


Other Cuts:

2x   2# Packs of Ground Beef -- ~4 pounds

1x   Pack of short ribs -- ~2 - 4 pounds

1x   Farmer's Choice*
